Sausage And Onion In BBQ Sauce

• 1 large onion
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3 slice thinly black pepper flavour sausage
• 1 1/2 cup hickory and brown sugar bbq sauce
• 6 skewers
• 6 sweet pineapple chunk

1. in pan with oil stir fry onion and sausage till lightly brown
2. add bbq sauce stir fry then cover lid in low heat for 1 minute then fry again mix well off heat
3. SERVE WITH PINEAPPLE IN SKEWERS
4. OR SERVE AS IT IS
