Pink Rose

• 1 ounce gin
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cream
• 1 egg white
• 3 or 4 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Serves 1.
