Honey Baked Chicken Breast

• 2 chicken breasts; bone-in
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 vegetable oil; as needed

1. Toss chicken with enough oil to cover.
2. Season with pumpkin pie spice and salt.
3. Bake at 350for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165.
4. Glaze chicken with honey during last five minutes of cooking.
