Gingered Cranberry Glaze

• 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
• 2 tablespoons port wine
• 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

1. Place all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Simmer, stirring, until well blended, about 5 minutes.
3. Brush on pork or poultry during last 5-10 minutes of grilling.
