The cake of All Cakes!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Dark pans use 325F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
  3. Melt unwrapped caramels with condensed milk in microwave.
  4. Stirring several times.
  5. Pour cake mix into mixing bowl.
  6. Add eggs, oil, water.Beat on low speeed just until combined, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour HALF the batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and pour the caramel mixture over the top.
  9. Now pour the rest of the batter over this and return to oven for an additional 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and while still hot sprinkle the mini choc.
  11. chips all over the top.
  12. Let cool and enjoy!
  13. This is moist, guey and yummy!
  14. I refrigerated mine over night, but brought to room temperature before serving.
