Kid-Friendly Turkey Burgers

  2. Combine breadcrumbs, onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, and ground turkey in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix with hands until well-blended.
  4. Form mixture into four patties, about 1/2-inch thick.

  6. Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
  7. Place patties on grill pan.
  8. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side, until completely cooked through.
  9. The juices should run clear when poked with a knife.
  10. Once patties are flipped, top each with a slice of cheese.
  11. Transfer burgers to warmed buns.
  12. Serve immediately with choice of toppings.
