Cabbage And Carrot Relish Recipe

  1. Mix all the vegetables together well.
  2. Boil the vinegar, sugar, salt, celery and mustard seed together for 2 or possibly 3 min.
  3. Add in the vegetables and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook for exactly one minute and pack into warm sterilized jars.
  5. Seal at once.
  6. This recipe yields 6 pints.
  7. Yield: 6 pints
