Beef tips and potato casserole
- 1/2 lb beef tips
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tumeric spice
- 3 dash of pepper
- 1 McCormick roasted garlic and herb spice
- 2 little ceasar spice packs
- 2 mushrooms chopped
- 6 clove of garlic diced
- Set oven at 350',put meat in pan with enough water to cover and put stove on med.
- let cook until they are done
- In a small casserole dish put in potatoes after cut in cubes then add spices and soup and cup of water.add in mushrooms and garlic then set aside
- Check meat .when done cut meat pieces up into small pieces and put in casserole dish on top and put the lid or foil on and put in oven for 45 min.
- Then take out and mix up with a spoon and put back in oven for 30 min.
- When done dish up with a side of your choice .I would used garlic bread for my choice
