Easy Sherbet Punch Recipe
- 1/2 gallon sherbet, almost any flavor
- 2 - 3 large cans pineapple juice
- 2 - 3 lg. bottles 7-Up, ginger ale, or possibly Squirt
- Put sherbet in large punch bowl, pour juice on top and let set to soften a little.
- When ready to serve, pour the bottles of pop over top.
- Other kinds and colors of fruit juice will do fine -- apricot, orange, whatever, and you can change the color with Kool Aid.
