Tropical Coffee Shake

• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/3 cup Maxwell House Cafe, French Vanilla Cafe Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
• 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained
• 1 small ripe banana
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed (optional)
• shredded coconut, toasted (optional)

1. Place milk, coffee mix, pineapple, banana and ice cream in blender container; cover.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3. Top with whipped topping and toasted coconut if desired.
