BBQ Bacon and sauted mushroomsSteakhouse Burger
- 4 each steam-um chuck hamburgers
- 2 packages mushrooms
- 1/2 lb chopped bacon
- 4 slice Velveeta cheese slices
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp pepper
- Add oil to pan to start cooking.
- Clean and de-steam mushrooms, cut up bacon and put in pan to saute!
- Add pepper and garlic halfway through cooking!
- Cook your hamburgers the easiest way.
- Add cheese when finished to start letting it melt slowly
- Add mayo and bbq sauce together adding salt and pepper to taste
- I like the buns toasted but totally optional!
- When mushrooms are soft and bacon crisp shut off burner.
- Add the sauce to top and a little on bottom before you add the burger and then the mushroom/bacon mixture.
