Martie's Shortbread

  1. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy.
  2. Combine the flours and mix into butter mixture until crumbly.
  3. Pat into 10 x 18" cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle top with additional sugar.
  5. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden in color.
  6. Cut into squares while still warm.
