Iced Coffee

  1. put all ingredients in a heat proof measuring cup and add the boiled water
  2. Mix well until the sugar melts
  3. Store in ketchup bottle(or similar) and it will seal as it cools, then store in fridge
  4. once cooled you can use right away!
  5. For one cup, put 3 tablespoons of coffee syrup into blender with steel blades
  6. Add about 6-10 ice cubes and about 6ounces of full-cream milk , put lid on blender and blitz til thoroughly mixrd
  7. pour into glass, add a straw and enjoy!!
