Rasta Pasta

  1. Season chicken breast with onion,garlic powder,cock seasoning, and jerk sauce.
  2. Let marinate overnite or atleast 2hrs.
  3. Set your chicken out to reach room temp.
  4. Boil your pasta in salted water.
  5. Chop peppers and scalions.
  6. Heat skillet add olive oil.
  7. Shake off excess jerk sauce
  8. Brown chicken breast on both sides.
  9. Cook thourally but donot over cook especially if they are thin.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Once cooled some cut up in long strips or small chunks.
  12. Add EVOO to the pan, add peppers and scallions to the pan, season with cock seasoning as well as salt to taste.
  13. Add can of coconut milk and tomato sauce, make sure not to over cook our pasta.
  14. Make sure paste is drained and ready to go.
  15. Add cut chicken to the pan, stir to make sure sauce and chicken mix.
  16. 1 min.
  17. Add pasta and mix to coat all the pasta, sauce and chicken.
  18. Add parmesan cheese.
  19. Eat up a lil spicy kick but not mouth on fire hot.
