Crunchy Zucchini Bread Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs till frothy.
  2. Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
  3. Add in other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into two well-greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  6. Cold 10 min in pan before turning out on racks.
