Crunchy Zucchini Bread Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. nuts
- Beat Large eggs till frothy.
- Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
- Add in other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter into two well-greased loaf pans.
- Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Cold 10 min in pan before turning out on racks.
