Easy Spinach and Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

  1. Wash the spinach, cook in a microwave for about 3 minutes, then squeeze the extra water out.
  2. Cut into easy to eat lengths.
  3. Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise, then cut into small pieces.
  4. Add all the marked ingredients into Step 1 mix well, then you're done.
