Mandarin Chicken Salad for Two

  1. Cook chicken in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min.
  2. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  3. Slice chicken.
  4. Cover 2 serving plates with salad greens; top with chicken, oranges, peas, carrots and nuts.
  5. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
