Boysenberry Glace Pie Recipe

  1. Prepare and bake pie shell.
  2. Mash sufficient Boysenberries to measure 1 c..
  3. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-qt saucepan.
  4. Gradually stir in water, food color and mashed Boysenberries.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils.
  6. Boil and stir 1 minute; cold.Beat cream cheese till smooth.
  7. Spread in pie shell.
  8. Fill shell with remaining Boysenberries.
  9. Pour cooked Boysenberry mix over top.
  10. Chill about 3 hrs or possibly till set.
  11. 8 SERVINGS; 330 CALORIES PER SERVING.
