Black Bean Hummus
- 1 cup Canned Black Beans, Rinsed
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- In the bowl of a food processor, place black beans, garlic, lime juice, tahini, salt and coriander and mix until combined.
- With the processor running, stream in olive oil and let mix until the hummus is smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
