No Bake Cookies

  1. Cream butter, yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Blend into butter mixture.
  4. Shape dough into ball and wrap in wax paper.
  5. Chill at least 2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  7. Roll out dough slightly less than 1/4 inch thick.
  8. Cut.
  9. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Brush with egg white.
  11. Bake 15 minutes.
