Chicken 'N Biscuit Casserole Recipe

  1. Place biscuits in buttered dish.
  2. Cover with chicken.
  3. Combine soups, flour, onion and lowfat milk.
  4. Cook till mix thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and add in 1 c. cheese.
  6. Blend till melted.
  7. Stir in peas and seasonings.
  8. Pour over chicken and biscuit layer.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
  10. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. of cheese on top.
  11. Bake 5 more min.
  12. Serves 6.
