Chicken 'N Biscuit Casserole Recipe
- 1 can 10 biscuits
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (10 ounce.) frzn English peas
- 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place biscuits in buttered dish.
- Cover with chicken.
- Combine soups, flour, onion and lowfat milk.
- Cook till mix thickens.
- Remove from heat and add in 1 c. cheese.
- Blend till melted.
- Stir in peas and seasonings.
- Pour over chicken and biscuit layer.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. of cheese on top.
- Bake 5 more min.
- Serves 6.
