Stuffed and Wrapped Figs

  1. cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an "X".
  2. stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
  3. wrap with a piece of proscutto.
  4. crack a little black pepper on top
  5. pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.
