Vegan Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  4. Cover the edges of crust with foil to keep from burning.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 58-65 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Store in refridgerator until ready to serve.
