omega 3 granola Recipe spm

  1. Measure oats into a largish bowl and stir in the maple syrup and oils until well covered.
  2. Stir in spices, salt, nuts and flaxseeds.
  3. Cover a jellyroll pan with parchment paper and evenly spread the granola over it.
  4. Bake in a 300 degree oven (preheated, please) for 30 minutes or until golden.
  5. Stir the granola every 10 minutes while baking.
