Grandma's Pumpkin Pie
- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup milk
- 2 pie crusts, unbaked
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- Combine pumpkin, brown sugar and white sugar together in large bowl.
- Add flour, and all spices.
- Stir in eggs until well blended.
- Stir in evaporated milk and regular milk.
- Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
- Bake 350 for 50-55 minute.
- Makes 2 pies.
