Yogurt Panna Cotta

  1. Combine the yogurt and milk and lightly whisk together.
  2. Warm slightly in pan.
  3. Warm the water and vegetarian gelatin together until it melts.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir until melted.
  5. Combine the yogurt and gelatin mix and stir together.
  6. Pour into four ramekins and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Invert onto a plate and serve with fruit.
