Sauteed Garlic Shoots
- 1 pack Garlic shoots
- 10 rashers Bacon half-strips
- 1 pack Buna-shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 tsp Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 Sesame oil
- Cut the garlic shoots into 4 cm lengths, the bacon to 1.5 cm strips, and shred the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- Blend together the soy sauce and sake, then dissolve the katakuriko in water.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, saute the bacon and garlic shoots until aromatic, then add the mushrooms.
- When the mushrooms become tender, add the soy sauce and sake, and saute on high heat.
- When the ingredients are well coated, add the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken, then serve.
