Arctic Java

• 14 cup hot water
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 1 14 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 12 teaspoons pectin (optional)
• ice cube

1. Combine water and coffee granules in tall glass; stir until coffee is dissolved.
2. Add milk, sugar and pectin; stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add ice before serving.
