Chicken Strips
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 packets sazon
- 3 tbsp. adobo
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 box corn flakes
- Preheat deepfryer to 400 degrees.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- In a large bowl pour corn flakes.
- Use a potato masher to crush flakes(or whatever you find easier).
- Mix flour, adobo and sazon to flakes.
- In a small bowl whisk eggs.
- Put chicken in eggs.
- Shake off excess egg.
- Put in cereal and cover chicken completely.
- Place in oil and cook for 6-8 minutes.
