Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat deepfryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken into strips.
  3. In a large bowl pour corn flakes.
  4. Use a potato masher to crush flakes(or whatever you find easier).
  5. Mix flour, adobo and sazon to flakes.
  6. In a small bowl whisk eggs.
  7. Put chicken in eggs.
  8. Shake off excess egg.
  9. Put in cereal and cover chicken completely.
  10. Place in oil and cook for 6-8 minutes.
