Gaullois Sandwich
- 2 ounces, weight Black Forest Ham Slices
- 1 ounce, weight Brie Cheese, Divided Into Chunks
- 2 Tablespoons Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 loaf French Baguette
- 4 pieces Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Tablespoon Pecan Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 whole Lemon
- 1/4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Layer ham, brie cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on the open baguette.
- Broil for a couple minutes until cheese has melted.
- Remove sandwich from the oven and top with lettuce, pecans, parsley, a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.
- Enjoy!
