Gaullois Sandwich

  1. Layer ham, brie cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on the open baguette.
  2. Broil for a couple minutes until cheese has melted.
  3. Remove sandwich from the oven and top with lettuce, pecans, parsley, a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.
  4. Enjoy!
