Pisco Sours

  1. Put everything in a cocktail mixer and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into stemmed cocktail glasses.
  3. Wash the lime and roll in on a board to loosen the juices.
  4. Cut the lime into about 8 pieces and place them in a double rocks glass.
  5. Sprinkle with the sugar and crush the limes with a pestle or large wooden spoon.
  6. Add the cachaca and stir to mix and dissolve the sugar.
  7. Add the ice and stir again.
  8. It's delicious and potent!
