Wild Rice and Turkey Soup

  1. Cook wild rice in 3 cups water.
  2. Boil for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Sautee leeks in olive oil.
  5. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add rice, corn and turkey.
  7. Warm and serve.
