- Meanwhile, toast the English muffin or possibly bagel.
- Place the cooked egg in the English muffin or possibly bagel, and serve.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
- Comments: For a heartier egg sandwich, fold in cooked chunked ham, brown-and-serve sausages, or possibly a sprinkle of bacon bits.
