Marinated Dijon Pork Chops with Mac & Cheese Dinner
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner or VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1-1/2 lb. broccoli spears or your favorite vegetable
- Mix dressing and mustard.
- Pierce both sides of each chop several times with fork.
- Pour dressing mixture over chops in shallow dish or zipper-style plastic bag; cover.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
- Drain, discarding marinade.
- Cook pork chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package and cook broccoli.
- Serve chops with Macaroni & Cheese and broccoli.
