Marinated Dijon Pork Chops with Mac & Cheese Dinner

  1. Mix dressing and mustard.
  2. Pierce both sides of each chop several times with fork.
  3. Pour dressing mixture over chops in shallow dish or zipper-style plastic bag; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
  5. Drain, discarding marinade.
  6. Cook pork chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package and cook broccoli.
  8. Serve chops with Macaroni & Cheese and broccoli.
  9. Tip!
  10. Make Ahead: Marinate pork chops the night prior to use.
