Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
- 2 x Egg beaters or possibly other equivalent egg replacers
- 1 can (29 Ounce) Bruce'sweet Potato Pie Filling
- 2/3 c. Lite Evaporated Skimmed Lowfat milk
- 1 x Unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell or possibly 2 shallow 9" pie shells- we used low fat grahmn cracker pie shells from grocery store
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- 2.
- Beat egg replacers lightly in a large bowl, stir in sweet potato pie filling and lite skimmed evaporated lowfat milk
- 3.
- Blend well and pour into pie shell(s)
- 4.
- Bake for 15 min at 425 F. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake for 50 to 60 min
