Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 425 F

  4. Beat egg replacers lightly in a large bowl, stir in sweet potato pie filling and lite skimmed evaporated lowfat milk

  6. Blend well and pour into pie shell(s)
  7. 4.
  8. Bake for 15 min at 425 F. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake for 50 to 60 min
