Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 eggs
- 220 g caster sugar
- 14 cup milk
- 600 ml cream
- 14 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender.
- Process for 40 seconds.
- Gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds.
- Add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds.
- Freeze.
- That's it.
