Tomato Pickle Chutney Recipe
- 12 tomatoes, peel and chop
- 1 red pepper, minced
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 4 pears, cut up small
- 1 tbsp. pickling spices
- 4 peaches, cut up small
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 white onion, minced
- 1 pound brown sugar
- Mix all ingredients and boil for 1 hour or possibly till of desired thickness.
- Put in sterilized jars and seal.
