Swedish Meatballs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 12 cup onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Ritz cracker, crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 34 cup sour cream
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into balls.
- Brown in skillet.
- Remove from pan.
- Sauce:.
- Stir flour, spices into remaining oil in pan.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Stir in broth.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add meatballs back to pan.
- Heat through about 15 minutes.
- Serve.
