Swedish Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Brown in skillet.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Sauce:.
  6. Stir flour, spices into remaining oil in pan.
  7. Cook 1 minute.
  8. Stir in broth.
  9. Simmer until thickened.
  10. Stir in sour cream.
  11. Add meatballs back to pan.
  12. Heat through about 15 minutes.
  13. Serve.
