Mediterranean Salad With Herbed Vinaigrette

• 1 medium onion, cut into rings
• 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
• 14 cup herbed vinaigrette (I use Herbed Vinaigrette)

1. Marinate vegetables in Herbed Vinaigrette.
2. for at least 1 hour.
