Seafood Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Lemon, Juiced, Divided
- 1/2 cups Seafood Sauce (I Like The Ones With Horseradish)
- 1 package (227g Size) Crab Flavoured Alaskan Pollock
- 1 stalk Celery Finely Chopped
- 3 stalks Green Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Dill
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- In a food processor, combine cream cheese with mayo and all but 1 tablespoon lemon juice, until smooth, about 12 minutes.
- Spread mixture evenly over a round plate, about 9-10 inches in diameter.
- Spread seafood sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Top with seafood, then celery, green onion, dill and pepper.
- Squeeze reserved lemon juice over the dip.
- Serve with your favourite crackers!
- Notes: 1.
- To lighten this dip, you can use light cream cheese instead of regular and you can also use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
- 2.
- Ive also used small cooked shrimp (drain off excess water) instead of pollock for this dip.
