Cinnamon fried sweet potatoes
- 1 lb uncooked poatoes
- 1/4 cup port wine
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Cut potatoes into slices
- Place butter in sauce pan to heat , then place sliced potatoes to fry.
- Fry potatoes on each side
- Mix the other three ingredients together then pour over potatoes in sauce pan.
- Let it boil to a caramel state.
- Then serve.
- Caution sauce can be very hot.
