Cinnamon fried sweet potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into slices
  2. Place butter in sauce pan to heat , then place sliced potatoes to fry.
  3. Fry potatoes on each side
  4. Mix the other three ingredients together then pour over potatoes in sauce pan.
  5. Let it boil to a caramel state.
  6. Then serve.
  7. Caution sauce can be very hot.
