Feta Cobb Salad
- 4 cups loosely packed mixed baby greens
- 1 cup OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped drained marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup rinsed canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- Cover large platter with greens.
- Arrange next 5 ingredients in rows over greens.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
