Baked Apple And Cheese Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkt Stouffer's harvest apples - (12 ounce) defrosted according to package directions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1/2 c. crushed round butter-style crackers
- 3 Tbsp. apple flavor Libby's 100% juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 1-qt baking dish.
- Mix sugar and flour in a small bowl; slowly stir in apple juice.
- Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs in a separate small bowl.
- Place escalloped apples in prepared baking dish.
- Layer sugar mix; cheese and cracker crumb mix over apples.
- Bake for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till warm and top is browned.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
