Mexican Cheese Snacks
- 1 12 cups Bisquick
- 14 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Heat oven to 400.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Stir Bisquick, sour cream, egg and chilies until blended.
- Stir in cheese.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2" apart onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
