Swiss Steak ala Simple

  1. Salt and Pepper Swiss Steaks liberally.
  2. Dredge Steaks in Flour and Shake off excess.
  3. Brown both sides of steaks until golden brown.
  4. In small bowl, mix tomato sauce, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place steaks into slow cooker and pour mixture on top.
  6. Slow cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 4 - 6 hours.
