Swiss Steak ala Simple
- 4 Swiss Steaks
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 can (28 ounce) Tomato Sauce
- 3 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Onions (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Salt and Pepper Swiss Steaks liberally.
- Dredge Steaks in Flour and Shake off excess.
- Brown both sides of steaks until golden brown.
- In small bowl, mix tomato sauce, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place steaks into slow cooker and pour mixture on top.
- Slow cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 4 - 6 hours.
