The Snack Stack

  1. Combine cream cheese and chives in bowl.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture over 1 slice cheese.
  3. Top with 1 slice bologna.
  4. Spread with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top with another cheese slice.
  6. Repeat layering using a total of 3 slices bologna and 4 slices cheese, ending with cheese.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Wrap each stack tightly in plastic food wrap.
  9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  10. Using a sharp knife, trim edges of bologna even with cheese.
  11. Cut each stack into 16 squares.
