No-Cook Strawberry-Kiwi Jam

  1. Measure fruit into large bowl.
  2. Add sugar; mix well.
  3. Let stand 10 min.
  4. Stir in pectin.
  5. Continue to stir 3 min.
  6. or until most of the sugar is dissolved.
  7. Pour into clean jars or plastic containers; cover with tight-fitting lids.
  8. Let stand at room temperature until set.
  9. (May take up to 24 hours.)
  10. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks, or in freezer for longer storage.
