Garden Herb Quiche- Homemade Gourmet

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie crusts.
  2. (Crusts will be very full).
  3. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until puffed up in the middle and firm all the way to center.
  4. You may freeze one quiche for later.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil.
  6. It freezes well cooked or uncooked.
  7. To reheat a cooked quiche, thaw, then bake for 20 mintues at 350.
