Green Chili Enchiladas
- 1 12 lbs ground turkey
- 12 cup diced onion
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 1 12 cups light sour cream
- 12 cup skim milk
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces diced green chilies
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 medium tortillas
- Brown turkey and onion together in medium pan.
- When done, add picante sauce, stir.
- Mix together sour cream, milk, soup, and chilis.
- Lightly oil 9x13 pan.
- Cover bottom with some of sauce.
- Fill 8 tortillas with meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese.
- Lay side by side in pan and cover with remaining sauce.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
