Panera Pear Pecan Crostini

  1. Heat oven to 350F In a small bowl, combine the cheese and cream.
  2. Using a fork or wooden spoon, combine until mixture is soft enough to spread, but not runny.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut bread into 1-1/2" squares.
  5. Transfer bread squares to a baking sheet.
  6. Toast in oven until light golden, about 6 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Spread one heaping teaspoon cheese mixture on each crostini.
  9. Top each with a pear wedge and garnish with pecan slices.
  10. Serve at room temperature.
